6:12 - (You didn't have to speak up)... Of course I did. You can't let stuff like that go on. Fear can stop you from doing a lot of things, but should never stop you from doing the right thing. What's in your head doesn't matter if you don't act on it.

1:43 - I'm letting you know, black girl to another black girl, you sound stupid. So much criticism we went through as a people and you're gonna go and do it to the next person? What gives you that right?  I don't care what she is, she could be purple, I'm defending a woman, period point blank.
5.16 - Hate doesn't do anything but to get more hate, it can hold us back. Black people need to find constructive ways to move forward. And just being angry and upset at white people doesn't do that.
6:26 - You don't have to step on them. They have been stepping on us for too long- Let's try to rise together, because we can't do it without them.
7:40 - That's what works for us H.U.G.S (Helping Us Grow Spiritually)

7:26 - I dont have any hatred or prejudice in my heart. As my father was coming up, he was, but it was time to break that cycle.
8:12 - Unconditional love will have the final say in reality.
